Welcome to our new apprentice – Daniel Moloney
We are delighted to welcome the newest Maintenance team member to Pinewood Healthcare. Daniel Moloney is joining us as a keen apprentice studying Manufacturing Engineering at the Muster Technological University (MTU) in Cork.
At Pinewood, we believe in the success of apprenticeship programmes and supporting our young apprentices in developing and improving their skills and ability in the industry environment. We are working closely with Daniel to ensure that his career ambitions are realised.
Daniel hails from Ardfinnan, Clonmel and is a past pupil of High School Clonmel. Daniel is a keen sports player and has been playing soccer for many years. In his spare time, Daniel enjoys spending time with friends and family.
The great advantage of an apprenticeship is that it not only provides an opportunity for the apprentice to learn on the job but also to participate fully as an employee in a real-world work environment.
“As an Employer, we believe the apprenticeship system is a fantastic stepping stone to a successful career and we are delighted to support Daniel’s growth and development as a member of the Pinewood maintenance team ” – Colum Honan, Site Director.
